Lois Leonhardi established Leonhardi Investment Management, Inc.
to provide custom-tailored advice and investment strategy for individual
and corporate investors. Ms. Leonhardi has worked successfully with individual
and business clients throughout the country providing personalized ongoing
investment management for individuals, turn-key 401k plans for corporations,
and consolidated performance analysis for high-net worth individuals.
Leonhardi Investment Management is independently owned and
operated which avoids conflicts of interest. Unlike employees at national
brokerage firms, insurance companies or banks, Ms. Leonhardi serves in
a fiduciary capacity which means that the client's interests are always
placed first.
Ms. Leonhardi began her career in Boston’s financial
industry in 1985 after graduating from Salem State College with a B.S.
in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. Over the
next 10 years, she gained experience in financial analysis and portfolio
management working at Gannett, Welsh & Kotler (a money management
firm for high net worth individuals) and the Boston Regional Headquarters
of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).

In 1991, after passing rigorous testing and meeting industry
experience requirements, she was awarded the internationally recognized
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation by the CFA Institute. The
CFA Institute is an international organization that leads the investment
profession globally by setting the highest standards of ethics, education
and professional excellence.
In 1996, Ms. Leonhardi started her company
and created a corporate culture that met her high standards of personalized
service, ethical commitment to clients and professional excellence. Ms.
Leonhardi moved the firm to Los Angeles in 2007.
Ms. Leonhardi enjoys volunteerism, skiing, yoga and meditation.
Honesty and integrity are the foundation from which she builds her business
model. Ms. Leonhardi works alongside clients to help them stay the course
during the ever-changing and often turbulent investment world. Patience
and a clear vision of future goals are the cornerstones to her philosophy
and approach to life.
