Mr. Vangelisti is product manager for GMO emerging markets. GMO is a privately
held global investment management firm servicing clients in the corporate,
public, endowment, and foundation marketplaces. Prior to joining GMO,
he spent over 11 years at BARRA, Inc. directing BARRA’s client service
equity team in the U.S., and interfacing with BARRA’s product development
and research. After the merger of BARRA and Rogers Casey, Mr. Vangelisti
spearheaded the reengineering of RC’s manager research effort. Mr.
Vangelisti earned a B.A. in Mathematics from University of Padua (Italy)
and an M.B.A. from ENI International School of Management (Italy). He
is a CFA charterholder.

Ms. Wells is a partner in the CPA firm of Carew & Wells, PLLC in Concord,
NH where she specializes in taxation of individuals and small businesses
in addition to performing financial statement audits in the private and
government sectors. She has been in the accounting field since 1991. Ms
Wells earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire,
Whittemore School of Business and Economics. She has served on the board
of directors of the New Hampshire Society of CPA's and is a current director
of the New England Graduate Accounting Studies Conference, Inc.

Mr. O'Neil recently took early retirement after a 20-year career with
the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. Mr. O'Neil began his career
as a Bank Examiner in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and was subsequently promoted
to Senior Bank Analyst in the Boston Regional Office. In addition to his
analyst responsibilities, he also was the lead Examination Specialist
responsible for maintaining and upgrading the Boston Regional Office's
local computer network and internet connectivity as well as interfacing
with the headquarters Washington Office on various projects. Prior to
his career in bank regulation, Mr. O'Neil was a newspaper and radio journalist
in South Dakota and Iowa. Mr. O'Neil earned an MBA from the University
of South Dakota in 1985. Taking early retirement will give him an opportunity
to travel and pursue an interest in wildlife photography.

Mr. Kumar is the Global Investment Strategist of Subodh Kumar & Associates
in Toronto, Canada where he provides Global Portfolio Strategy Reports
to North American and International clientele. His focus is on asset allocation
and sector selection where he stresses a global outlook to the markets
and investment opportunities arising therein. Mr. Kumar's work incorporates
funds flows and valuation attributes affecting investments, in addition
to political, social and financial agendas of the governments and global
markets. His views on the markets are sought by major global media organizations
and he is regularly asked to participate in professional investment forums.
Prior to starting his own firm in 2006, Mr. Kumar had a 30 year career
with CIBC World Markets in Toronto, Canada (the capital markets subsidiary
of CIBC, a major Canadian bank). He served as the Chief U.S. Investment
Strategist & Managing Director with institutional clients in Canada,
United States, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Mr. Kumar holds an M.B.A from University of Toronto, (1976) and a B.S.
in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto (1973). He is a
