We will focus on investment issues and helping you fulfill your fiduciary
responsibility with: mutual fund selection, employee education, performance
reporting, ongoing monitoring of funds, group and individual participant
consultations. We will select a minimum of ten mutual funds for your Plan
with a broad range of investment styles that offer a good blend between
risk and return. Investment alternatives and educational material are
structured along the guidelines of ERISA Regulation 404(c) Safe Harbor
provision. In compliance with the 2006 Pension Protection Act guidelines,
we serve as fiduciaries to your plan and will place the interests of the
participants first.
Since we are an independent
money management firm and do not receive payment in the form of commissions,
our investment advice is always unbiased. We will only recommend funds
suitable to your plan participants and, at our collective discretion,
replace funds in response to changes in the performance or management
of each fund.

We will seamlessly integrate our services
with an accredited third party pension administrator. These experienced
specialists will be responsible for: plan design (traditional,
integrated, age-weighted, new comparability, etc), daily valuation
(participants can access account information and make changes “24/7” on
the Internet or a toll-free phone number), testing (ADP/ACP,
top heavy, etc.), government reporting (Form 5500, etc.), electronic
data transmission, customized statements, participant level reporting,
loans, withdrawals, self-directed accounts, etc.
Your plan assets will be held at Fidelity Investment Advisor
Group or a custodian of your choice. Fidelity’s years of
experience and commitment to technology help ensure that your assets
are properly safeguarded and trade instructions are reliably executed.
In addition to the Fidelity Family of funds, you will have access
to hundreds of high-quality non-Fidelity Mutual funds. Fidelity
is only serving as custodian in this relationship.
